ELD 3, LLC does not guarantee that use of the Services will result in compliance with any specific law, regulation, or requirement, including but not limited to FMCSA and DOT rules. You remain responsible for meeting all applicable requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ELD 3, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELD 3, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELD 3, LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
